我々は、互いの長所を讃え、学び、互いの短所を補い、忠告し、子孫のため、自らのため、人類共生の世紀を創ります。
We praise and learn the strong points and give them advice if necessary

and together create a century of human symbiosis for our sake and
for posterity. |

The greatest issue of humankind is "human right" which we defend,
improve and promote. |

We do not execlude cultual difference, but work together with all the others
for a world of human symbiosis, securing the cultual right to live together. |
この憲章は、1997年度総会で発議され、1999年に決定されました。
